After Action Reports¶
Goal: "What happened overnight, and what do I need to deal with first?" Start every shift with a summary instead of scrolling through chats.
Where: Home → After Action Reports (read). Settings → Agency Settings → After Action Reports (set up, Admins).
Two kinds of report¶
| Report | Covers | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Daily – Handoff | The previous 24 hours: callouts, unfilled shifts, clock-in problems, incidents, and anything the AI flagged | The person starting the next shift |
| Weekly – Admin Review | The whole week, including trends, risks, and opportunities, built on the daily reports | Owners and managers |
Set it up¶
- Enable daily reports and choose When should we run the report? Schedule it about 30 minutes before a hand-off, for example 7:30 AM if your day team starts at 8.
- (Optional) Enable weekly reports. Choose the day and time.
Read it¶
On Home, the After Action Reports panel shows the Latest report. Click View report for the full version, or show more. You can reply in the panel to discuss items with your team.
Tips¶
- Make it part of hand-off. The outgoing person checks it's accurate, and the incoming person works through the list.
- Bring the weekly report to your team meeting.
