Connecting Slack

Goal: "My team lives in Slack, so put urgent CareQB alerts where we'll see them."

Where: Settings → Agency Settings → Connect Slack

Set it up

  1. Click Connect Slack and approve CareQB in your Slack workspace. The button changes to Slack connected.
  2. For each user, set Assigned Slack Profile, so CareQB can mention the right person.
  3. Choose where alerts go. For example, in Missed Clock-in checks, turn on Send alerts to Slack when contact can't be reached? and Select a channel.

Missed clock-in escalations Automatic, after 2 unanswered checks with no confirmed clock-in. See Clock-in help.
Any message Message ⋮ → Post to Slack Channel?
