Contact intelligence¶
Goal: "Is this caregiver getting frustrated? How does this family like to be contacted?" See what CareQB has learned about a contact before you reach out.
Where: a contact's side panel → Contact Intelligence. Admins turn it on in Agency Settings → Track contact-intelligence profiles.
What you'll see¶
| Section | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Summary | A short overview of the contact. Shows Early profile while there are only a few observations. |
| Relationship | How the relationship with your agency is going |
| Retention risk | Signs a caregiver (or client) might leave |
| Comm style | How they prefer to communicate |
| Observations | Individual notes CareQB picked up from conversations. Click See all for the full list. |
Add or correct observations¶
- Create observation: record something your team knows, such as "Prefers calls over texts after 6 PM."
- Type and a short Observation sentence.
- Expiry: Permanent, Temporary (with a relevance date), or Unknown.
- Edit observation to correct one. The original context can't be edited.
- Dismiss an observation that's wrong or out of date.
Tips¶
- Check retention risk before a tough conversation or when offering hard-to-fill shifts.
- Use Temporary for short-term facts, such as "Out of state until March 3".
- Contact intelligence adds to the daily and weekly reports.
