Admin & integrations¶
Goal: "Keep our team, settings, and connected tools in order." Manage who can do what, find any setting quickly, and know how CareQB works with your other systems.
How it fits together¶
- Users and roles: Agency Owners have full control, Agency Admins manage settings, routing, automations, and users, and Schedulers handle day-to-day scheduling. You also control who can use each CareQB phone line.
- Agency settings: most of what admins configure lives in Settings → Agency Settings.
- Your scheduling software: CareQB syncs shifts, clients, and caregivers from WellSky, AxisCare, or Rosemark, and can write some changes back, depending on the system.
- Slack: send CareQB alerts and shared messages to your team's Slack channels.
