Communicating¶
Goal: "Keep every conversation with caregivers, clients, and my team in one place." Find any message fast, reach the right people at the right time, and hand off work without losing context.
How it fits together¶
- Chats and threads: a chat is the full conversation with one phone number, including every text, call, voicemail, and comment. A thread is a slice of a chat about one topic, like a fill-in request or an incident you chose to save.
- Shared inboxes: everyone on your team sees the same conversations, and each outbound message shows who sent it.
- Working with teammates: leave comments and tasks right on a message, talk in Team Chat, or send alerts to Slack.
- Reaching people at the right time: reply faster with templates, schedule messages that only go out if the shift is still happening, send shift reminders, and broadcast to a filtered group.
- Staying reachable, and unplugging: your notification rules decide when your devices ring and alert you.
