Automation & AI¶
Goal: "Let CareQB handle the routine work, and tell me when it needs me." Know what the AI is doing, put weekly routines on a schedule, and start each shift with a summary.
How it fits together¶
- The AI works inside your conversations. It detects callouts, sorts fill-in replies, follows up on clock-ins, records availability, reads check-ins, and answers calls after hours. It shows you its next step, and asks for help when it needs you.
- Recurring workflows run your routines on a schedule, like filling next weekend's open shifts or sending shift reminders every week, with a review window before anything goes out.
- Reports and insights sum up what happened and what CareQB has learned about each contact.
